We are a family owned and operated park located in Mississippi. With 15 years of RVing experience, traveling all lower of the 48 states along with Canada and Alaska. Our park was designed and operated with providing the best and as easy an experience as possible for our guests.

All of our sites are over 70 feet long, along black top roads, the majority being pull-throughs sites. All sites are either gravel or concrete with full hook ups including 20/30/50 amp electric pedestals and two sewer hook ups to accommodate a wide variety of rigs.

Located within a mile of Interstate 22 and within 5 minutes of Tupelo, MS the birthplace of Elvis. After taking exit 76 at Sherman, we are on old highway 9 right past the Sherman 76 Travel Center gas station. Once on old highway 9 we are just 1/2 mile along the top of a small hill on the right hand side.

For our guests we have public bathrooms, showers with tankless hot water heaters for plenty of hot water, laundry facility, dog park, Nature Trail, playground, pavilion and a food truck with lunch and dinner made fresh Tuesdays through Saturdays.
